Cairns Indigenous Culture Day
This unique cultural experience in Cairns is ideal for groups of up to 30 guests who want to discover the traditional culture, heritage and history from Australian Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders.
This full-day experience has been created by the local community to give you an authentic and genuine chance to learn, create and understand traditional methods of weaving, art, food and dance.

Your day includes:
- Traditional lunch feast, including a Hangi (underground cooking)
- Speeches and educational classes from the elders
- Weaving, painting and authentic dance classes and entertainment
- The chance to support, meet and empower the local community
- Approx 7 hours long experience
